Antique Mother of Pearl Button and Mixed Metal Earrings

The flashy iridescence of these genuine antique mother of pearl buttons is enough in itself to grab people's attention. They truly remind me of the magic and awe that the natural world has to offer us. Originally hugged by a shiny brass lining, we kept that golden-hue theme going by adding a set of hand-crafted brass star embellishments that dangle and dance from the bottom of this design. Our way of showcasing both the literal and representational elements of magic. The back settings of each button are made of 100% sterling silver, including the ear posts, which make these small and light-weight beauties completely hypoallergenic.  After each artifact or specimen has been discovered it is sent through a careful restoration process before being used in a design. If a particularly unique patina is found to add design value to an artifact, it is preserved and/or sealed to ensure its longevity and protection. Each and every item is made by hand by owners Nathan and Ali, therefore, some
