Hand-harvested grapes that are fermented whole-cluster in a large Austrian foudre with the skins for roughly one month. Unfiltered and lightly clarified, with minimal added sulfer. Low tannin, fresh acidity and a compelling nose of rosehip and hibiscus. Delicious!
