Handmade Tree of Life- Hammered w/Black Stonewash

  The Tree of Life is my take on the classic design of the "Lincoln" or "T-Handle". With the Tree of Life, the main differences that you'll find are going to be a piece that is multiple radius' put together; THERE ARE NO STRAIGHT RUNS. Everything is contoured, just like your hand.    This ToL has been handmade from 1/2" thick solid brass stock. Since these are drawn up by hand, no two pieces will ever be the same. The crowns (outer tops) have been hand shaped using a round file, versus using a power tool to cut in. You get a contouring from the flat of one face to the next. The finger stalls have been cut at an industry standard 1" diameter, then hand filed to not only open up the stall and create an elliptical shape, but to add a contouring that will literally seat the fingers, allowing them to REST in an anatomically correct position. Each finger stall partition has been "gullied" or dipped out to ensure that the employed fingers can come as naturally close to each other as possible.
