Patriotic Stars Insert for the 12” HI Sign

This is one of the many interchangeable inserts available for the 12” hanging round “hi” sign.  This listing is for the Patriotic Stars insert only.  The base pieces- the round sign backer with “hi” wording, bucket and greenery piece - are available for purchase in a separate listing.   This insert is available with or without paint and supplies.  If you choose to have paint and supplies, you will receive red, white and blue paint.  Supplies will include 2 foam brushes, 2 small paint brushes, 2 foam daubers and glue.
