This assembly completely replaces the DropLoc™ brake assembly, including the cushion. Most users will never need to replace this, however, in the event of extreme wear or catastrophic brake failure it is user serviceable. As with most of the maintenance on the Fall Line R you will need a brake release tool to perform the replacement. BRAKE RELEASE TOOL 0000-1323 Works with any Fall Line post. Takes about 30-60 minutes for an experienced mechanic to install a kit for the first time. These tools are also needed to replace a Fall Line R brake. Note there are different lengths depending on which post you have.
