Tasting notes: Rich, complex, and will continue to improve for many years. Production notes: Grapes grown in the unique climate of the Upper Galilee, mainly from the premium Dishon Vineyard in the Kadesh Valley, were harvested at peak ripeness. The wine underwent a protracted post-fermentation maceration on the skins, as well as fourteen months aging in a mixture of French and American oak, in order to arrive at the optimum extraction and balance.
