Sixth Annual CP Course: Rehabilitation Milestones Across the Lifespan

Attend lectures, workshops and small-group discussions on a live video conference platform.  DESCRIPTIONJoin us as we follow two patients diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy (CP) through the course of their rehabilitation journey from birth through adulthood, offering an evidence-based approach to understanding and supporting individuals with CP at every stage of life. On day one, we will follow an individual with a spastic hemiplegic presentation, and on day two, we will follow an individual with a spastic quadriplegic presentation tracking both their journeys from initial diagnosis and early intervention, through school and into adulthood. Key moments in time will be discussed related to medical intervention as well as transitions exploring the physical, cognitive, emotional and social aspects of CP across the lifespan.
