"Ascended Master" Dong Ding Oolong

This tea is a good introduction for anyone unfamiliar with roasted oolongs.  This tea is produced by an 81-year-old tea master from the main village of Dong Ding who electric roasts the tea leaves.  The taste is toasty and lightly sweet, like cereal from our childhood.  Rich creaminess, roasted caramel, and honey nut notes unfold with each brew, making this the perfect tea to enjoy as a daily drinker or for cozy moments.  Like the Ascended Master himself, this tea improves with age, making it a good tea to keep in your reserve.
