Riveting Basics: Online Class | March 12, 2023

Riveting is one of my favorite cold connection techniques because it allows you to connect one thing to another regardless of how fragile or disparate the materials. I'm usually connecting steel wire to pieces of tin, but you can use this technique in all sorts of applications with an almost endless variety of materials. I'll give you the basic technique I use and explore a few different ways you might use rivets in your work. There will be space for questions as we go along and time for Q&A towards the end.
