This particular pair of vintage black rectangles started out as a long, narrow strip of tin. The edges were filed and finished smooth and then the strips folded into the rectangular form. They are strung on rigid German silver headpins and finished with surgical stainless steel French ear wires. These earrings can be customized to just about any color you want.
