Sikorsky CH-53E Super Stallion

The Sikorsky CH-53E Super Stallion is a heavy-lift helicopter used by the United States Marine Corps and Navy. It is a larger, more powerful version of the earlier CH-53 Sea Stallion, primarily distinguished by the addition of a third engine and a seventh blade on its main rotor. The Super Stallion entered service in 1981 with the U.S. Marine Corps.The CH-53E is expected to remain in service until at least the 2030s when it will be replaced by the CH-53K King Stallion. The CH-53K King Stallion is currently being produced and introduced into service with the U.S. Marine Corps.
