At 16.5" in length, Barbell Standard dumbbell bars are shorter and more maneuverable than standard 20.5" models which allows for a more complete range of motion while still supporting up to 210 pounds each. Each dumbbell bar can handle up to 210 pounds with 2x 45 lb plates and 1x 10 lb plate on each side, 130 pounds with 2x 25 lb and 1x 10 lb plates on each end, or 90lb with 4x 10 lb plates on each side.
