YARROW | wild hydrosol

Distilled traditionally in a copper distiller, this yarrow hydrosol is an potent companion for oily, acne-prone skin, bug bites, and other skin irritations. Yarrow's essential oil is a deep blue hue, which becomes a light blue tint in the whole hydrosol.   Not familiar with hydrosols? Hydrosol is a gentle, aromatic water produced during a gentle steam distillation of plants. Unlike essential oils, which are concentrated extracts, hydrosols are milder and contain all water-soluble components of the plant, making them ideal for a variety of uses. They carry the essence of the plant, offering its therapeutic properties in a diluted, easy-to-use form. Hydrosols can be used as facial mists, toners, to replace water in dry face masks, or as an aromatic refresher.  Available in a 2 oz spray bottle.
