80% Pinot Noir, 20% Viognier Organic, unfined, unfiltered ABV 13.5% Winemaking / Vinification:Pinot Noir underwent a two week semi-carbonic maceration and then was pressed, fermented and aged in stainless steel. Viognier was pressed into juice then fermented and aged in stainless steel as well. Blended after secondary malolactic fermentation in both wines was complete. Tech Sheet
