60% Chardonnay, 20% Riesling, and 20% Sauvignon Blanc Chupacabra Blanca, our white Shape-shifter site blend from Buhl Memorial Vineyard, located in Willcox, AZ. Merkin Vineyards Chupacabra Blanca is a single vineyard white blend from Willcox, Arizona. Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Riesling are fermented separately and then blended together for a few months before bottling. Meant to be drunk with a healthy thirst and no pretension. A melange of bright minerality, freshly mown grass, dandelion, chives, Granny Smith apple, and lemon zest.
