These lean steaks are tender and flavorful enough that the marinade can be skipped! A dash of salt and pepper on these 1-1.25" thick steaks is all you need. These steaks vary in size a little bit, so we are selling them by the pound. You will get 1-2 steaks per order.  Each steak individually vacuum packed. Although not certified organic, this steak is hormone and antibiotic free, and 100% grass fed. It is raised with the same grazing protocols as our organic products.  Not sure how to cook this steak?
