It is produced with a sour mash of corn, rye, and malted barley before maturing in American White Oak casks. The nose on this one is rich with honey, clover, pecans, a whiff of tobacco, and a slight hint of cinnamon. On the palate, you'll notice subtle hints of charred marshmallows.
