Taylor and still produced at the award-wining Buffalo Trace Distillery. This bourbon was crafted from Mash Bill #1, like other great blends such as Eagle Rare, Buffalo Trace, and George T. Stagg. It is a sour mash of corn, rye, and malted barley, which has a lower content of rye, than mash bill #2. This bourbon is smooth and luxurious with notes of rye and malted barley, sweet dried fruit, black pepper, and a touch of fresh dill and subtle caramel overtones, with an oaky finish.  HistoryE.H.
