This smooth and luscious bourbon was crafted from Mash Bill #1, like other great spirits such as Eagle Rare, Buffalo Trace, and George T. Stagg. It is a sour mash of corn, rye, and malted barley, which has a lower content of rye, than mash bill #2. It is smooth and silky with sweet notes of caramelized berries, mingled with rich caramel and a slightly floral aroma.
