Plain Sourdough Loaf

Plain Loaf Crafted from organic unbleached wheat flour, spring water, sourdough starter, and sea salt, each loaf is naturally leavened and slowly fermented for deep flavor, easier digestion, and a rustic, golden crust. At the heart of my bakery is Demeter, the ancient goddess of the harvest. Her spirit lives in every loaf I bake — honoring the land, the farmers, and the sacred ritual of sharing food made with intention. This bread is a return to simplicity, to seasonal rhythms, and to the kind of nourishment that feeds body and soul.  Born of earth, fire, and patience — this loaf carries the wisdom of the harvest.
