Style: DiscontinuedProduct DescriptionThis V430 Readi-Pipe Kit is designed for use as dryer transition duct, connecting the clothes dryer to the wall outlet. The Class 0 non-insulated, non-combustible flexible aluminum air duct stretches to 8 feet. Soft cuff ends make smooth connections to standard 4" connections. The 2 steel screw clamps are designed to resist stretching and are used to secure dryer and wall connections. A typical laundry room uses approximately 8 feet of duct. Each 90 degree turn takes 6 inches of clearance will use up 1 foot of the length of the duct. Clothes dryer manufacturers specify "Only rigid or flexible metal vent shall be used for exhausting. Do not use plastic or metal foil vent. " We use 100% aluminum, roll formed with crimp-locked seam.
