This lovely Cabbage Butterfly enamel pin features the insect also known by its scientific name of Pieris rapae. Cabbage butterflies are found in a wide area of the world including North America, Eurasia, North Africa and Oceania. The Cabbage Butterfly's caterpillar form is considered a pest insect, especially since it feeds on vegetable crops such as cabbage and kale. This hard enamel pin is 1.5" from tip-to-tip and is set on a highly-polished gold-plated metal.
