Unfortunately, genuine Bundeswehr issue jackets similar to this type aren't available on the surplus market.  These softshell jackets from Mil-Tec deliver the quality of a newly manufactured clothing item to the Flecktarn pattern. They're windproof and water resistant, but also provide adequate breathability. It features several outer pockets as well as an interior zip-up pocket.
