Itsumo Coffeespoon by Naoto Fukasawa for Alessi Itsumo, which in Japanese means "daily and forever," was designed by Naoto Fukasawa for Alessi. The pattern's focus is on the outline/form which appears simple and soft. A closer look shows an angle in the design which delineates the form, allowing a 'feel' in the hand and the tongue- along with the weight of the material. Naoto Fukasawa was born in Yamanashi prefecture, Japan, in 1956. Fukasawa was one of the major players in the noted IDEO design group.
