E-Case Small

We made camp on a rocky shelf, completely exposed to the elements but with a gorgeous view of the wooded valley.  It was summer, what was the worst that could happen?  The tent was halfway up when a huge rainstorm broke open.  A torrent of water.  No way to get the fly up in time.  We had stashed our gear, including phones and camera in the tent.  When the rain subsided, our phones lay in a puddle of water.  Trashed of course.  Luckily, this was not a life or death deal, I knew where we were, and no one was hurt.   Since that day, I’ve brought a waterproof phone case with me.  Not one of those otterboxes, which add more to durability than waterproofery, but a real dry bag kinda situation.  The kind where I could get caught in a nasty storm and not have to worry about blowing up an expensive device.  The kind where I could flip a canoe in 35 degree weather like I did a few months ago, plunging into a very cold river, phone in pocket.  Emerging, soaking wet, and not worry about if your p
