
DOXA Sub 300 Sharkhunter 'Whiteshark'
Why We Love It Here at Analog/Shift, we’re known for our love of DOXA. In any flavor, any color, from the common yet wonderful orange-dialed Sub 300T Professional to the black-dialed Sharkhunter, the Army, any anything in between, we’ve counted them in our personal collection and offered them on our site. But our love of the brand doesn’t end with the vintage versions. DOXA is still around, and still manages to surprise us. Such is the case with this watch, a limited edition Sharkhunter 'Whiteshark' released for the 50th anniversary of the Sub 300 Sharkhunter. This particular example is configured with a full white handset - an aesthetic choice ultimately abandoned by DOXA in favor of an orange minute hand on later models. Sharkhunters featuring these hands are commonly known as "Whitesharks" by collectors, and in our eyes are the best of the bunch, once again properly evoking the original models from the 1960s.
