Just a simple dress watch? Think again. Moser & Cie, founded by Heinrich Moser in 19th-century Schaffhausen, Switzerland, is one of the finest fully independent Swiss watchmaking houses in the world. It’s also one of the most playful, having released a watch so black that it literally fades into nothing, and a mechanical watch shaped — quite on purpose — exactly like an Apple Watch. Moser’s Pioneer line is emblematic of the company’s playful spirit.
