Jaguar XKE Pewter Sculpture

Our love for rare and beautiful objects isn't limited to those of the horological variety! In addition to our perpetual treasure hunt for great watches, we cast a wider net into the world of vintage objects, a practice that, since our founding, has yielded a trove of finds we happily share  during the holiday season each year. From vintage clocks to pocket knives, lighters to diving instrumentation, old-world ashtrays to desk sculptures — these are the types of mementos that heavily tug on our nostalgic heart strings and further sate our impulse for preservation and storytelling. Unfortunately we can't keep them all... This marvelous pewter sculpture is crafted in likeness of the Jaguar XKE — you know, the long-bonneted coupe that Enzo Ferrari dubbed, “The most beautiful car in the world” — high praise from the man who manufactured some of the world's most indisputably gorgeous sports cars  himself. This piece is cast from of solid pewter, and measures approximately 9” x 3 “ x 2 1/2”.
