Our new herbal infusion combines our blue butterfly pea flowers with our farm-grown ginger and lemongrass to create a soothing blend that settles the stomach and calms the nerves. With a stunning blue color and notes of earthiness, zest, and tang, Settle is a lovely option for an after-dinner infusion or iced on a hot summer's day! You can even add lemon or honey to compliment the notes of the tea.  Curious for a taste? Try our sample size bag, which comes ready to steep in a single tea sachet, or pick up a 12 cup bag included in our Blue Tea Collection. Steep 2-3 grams of tea (or one sachet) per 6-8 ounces of 208 degree water for 5-7 minutes.
