
Breathwork Meditation: Breathwork for Vitality - Tuesday, March 4 5:30-6:30pm
Join Christina for a conscious, controlled meditation with breathing techniques that can induce the relaxation response and transform stress, anxiety, pain, and depression into positive states and well-being. During your class expect to spend at least 30 minutes in active breathing patterns followed by a guided meditation. This is an active meditation style that will give you something to focus on.Breathwork is one of the fastest ways to get out of your head and connect to both your body and your intuition.
