The medicine wheel is an ancient and sacred symbol used by many Tribes that signifies health, healing, wholeness, and balance. The four quadrants represents spiritual, mental, physical, and emotional planes of existence, and the four medicines: Tobacco, Sage, Cedar, and Sweetgrass.
