Mosaic Cat and Rat Sculpture on Wheels

Ratz-N-Katz is a ceramic cat and rat sculpture made of high fire clay and various glazes. Katz mosaics are made of metal coins while Ratz are of broken mirror and colored glass. Katz is riding on a wooden axle attached to antique toy wagon wheels where I incorporated polymer clay tires and hubs. His whiskers are made of wire with silver plated ball tips at the ends. As with all my creations, Ratz-N-Katz is a handmade, signed, one-of-a-kind sculpture that can be copied, but not duplicated. Each piece is lovingly hand formed, mosaics pieces are individually hand-cut, meticulously arranged, and the glazes are applied with three to six coats to achieve the best color enhancement. approximate size: 15"L X 7"W X 17"H
