This fountain pen is in Mint Condition, the pen has been dipped but never used. This writing instrument is known as Sheaffer Balance II Fountain Pen - it is a modern fountain pen and is a revival of the Balance pens made in the 1930s. It is like new as it has only been inked to capture a writing example. The cap has the Sheaffer imprinted gold-plated clip, gold-plated cap banding, and a clean White Dot. The barrel is perfect with no scratches or repairs. This Sheaffer has an ink converter filling unit and works as it was designed to - I tested it with water and works perfectly.
