Griffen handle with figural macaroon spout is a perfect accent for the gorgeous cobalt glass liqueur set. The only imperfection I note is that a hinged inner stopper has gone missing (only noticeable looking down the center spout). The blow glass cups and decanter are decorated in raised enamel in a delightful pattern. The metal is what the French call "etain", a white metal which resembles pewter. Full measurements noted on the photos. Very good to excellent condition for age and type, no chips or cracks, no hairlines. I can only mention one flaw and that is a remainder hinge inside the neck that must have had a cap or stopper of sorts. A gorgeous Victorian Napoléon III era set!
