If your RGB Critter is returned with damage, we will notify you of the damage and wait for your confirmation before we process the upgrade to your product.   RGB Critter 1.0 If your RGB Critter shipped before 5/22/22, you have an RGB Critter 1.0 Flashlight. Your RGB Critter 1.0 can be upgraded to 2.0. To receive this upgrade, you must send it to our facility in Oregon, USA.   $16.50 Covers The Following -Upgrade (1) RGB Critter 1.0 to 2.0.
