Replace that cracked and worn t-case boot. Adds an instant 20 hp! (no not really). Pro-tip: for a Scout II the '71-'76 is shorter than the '78-'80. So if you have any body lift its great to upgrade to the '78-'80 boot to account for the extra throw distance in the lever.
