Palate: Full-bodied, supple blend of crisp red fruit, licorice, herbs and hints of Espelette (Basque region) pepper.  The tannins are well integrated with good acidity.  Food: Red and white meats, delicatessen and cheeses Cellaring: Drink now or enjoy through 2023
