2022 Fronton Rosé Cote Jardin, Chateau Flotis

Producer: Chateau Flotis Wine: 2022 Fronton Rosé - Cote Jardin Varietal: 80% Negrette, 20% Syrah Vinification: 68-72 degrees Fahrenheit in stainless steel tanks to preserve its aromatic characteristics.  It is then aged on fine lees for a few months.  Organic conversion.  Tasting Notes: Red fruit and spice continuing harmoniously on the palate which is elegant yet structured and with a very long finish thanks to the aging on the lees. Food Pairings: Medium body makes for versatile and bold pairings such as poultry, fish, goat cheese and more exotic cuisines.  Serve at 53 Fahrenheit. Cellaring: Drink now or enjoy through 2025
