Some copies of the initial pressing were packaged with four plastic flies in the clear spine of jewel case. Copies with the flies were randomly inserted among the standard commercial release that was found in record stores on the day of release, and there is absolutely no physical difference in the packaging or the disc, other than the presence of the flies.
