Some of the more notable members who autographed this ball were Jackie Robinson, Duke Snyder, Gil Hodges, Don Newcombe, Roy Campanella, Rodger Craig, and the manager Walter Alston. Above Alston’s signature is where Sal Maglie signed, since that year he had the second most votes for MVP.
