Using a beautiful color palette, Tarkay renders a scene of a couple of women sitting at a table drinking tea at a café. The two women wear dark-colored v-neck dresses and hats; in the background, we see a couple of women engaged in conversation. This piece is in excellent condition, signed ‘Tarkay’ and numbered 170/350 in pencil on the outer bottom margin of the print; and is professionally framed with white mats in a gold wooden frame with carved motifs. Itzchak Tarkay (1935-2012) was an Israeli artist known for his serigraph, prints, acrylic, and watercolor paintings. Tarkay achieved his rich tapestry of form and color
