This item is in excellent condition, signed ‘Jim Devine ’80’ in black ink on the bottom margin, signed, dated and titled “ ‘Tommy John’ by Jim Devine. Aug. 23, 1980” in black ink on the back of the frame and is professionally framed with black and white mats in a black wooden frame. Jimmy Devine, a native of Brooklyn, New York, has been involved in professional art since his graduation from Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana. Upon graduation in 1975, Devine worked for three years as the Men's Fashion Artist at Hennessy's Department Store and for one year as Art Director at KULR-8TV, both in Billings, Montana.
