Bixby & Co. partners with Primo Restaurant to develop a limited edition bean-to-bar chocolate confection. The award winning Primo in celebrating its twentieth anniversary with the "20 Karat Primo Bar", which is produced by Bixby & Company. The bar is a delectable blend of organic Dominican Republic cacao beans, organic cane sugar, and Primo's signature roasted almonds. The result is a dessert bar that is sweet, salty and spicy with rich layers of flavor anchored by the 70% dark chocolate.
