Gen-III ECWCS Level-2 Balaclava The GEN-III ECWCS is a protective cold weather clothing system developed in part by the US Army's Natick Soldier RD&E Center. It includes a parka and trousers, plus 20 other items for various combinations. Our baselayer garments borrow from this system for their quality and versatility, and our Level-2 garments offer light insulation in mild cold and increased protection in severe cold weather. The lining is a grid fleece pattern for maximum breath-ability and improved moisture management. One size fits most Fabric: 6.6oz.
