Carter.   This piece was inspired by the original artwork from Banksy titled: "Girl with Balloon" that was later sold at auction for $25.4 million then shredded by it's creator. A conversation piece based on societal greed and the artists right to dispose of a creation that serves only as a purpose to fuel greed.
