GOLD BUDDY Magnum Dual-Tool: Nugget Sucker Combination Gravel Pump and Sniping Tool with a Flexible Non-Breakable Crevice Tip A must-have sniping tool. The Dual-Tool can be configured to function as a hand operated gravel pump and as a very effective crevice cleaner. Sometimes called a hand powered dredge or a Nugget Sucker. The crevice tool tip is made of 3/4 inch unbreakable-flexible PVC pipe. The body is 2-inch PVC pipe.  The T-handle is made of 3/8-inch plated steel rod for years of rust free service with a rubber vacuum plug that has adjustable tension. Set up as a crevicing tool it is perfect for sniping. Set up as a gravel pump it will quickly remove a large volume of sand and gravel from a hole full of water. The total length is about 36-inches.
