It includes four 8" drum pads, a hi-hat cymbal with a dedicated variable control pedal, and a ride and crash cymbal. The included Trigger|io interface allows you to connect to a computer via its USB port, and to use the drum pads and cymbals to to trigger software instruments like BFD, Toontrack, and Reason (Mac and Windows compatible). The Trigger|io allows you to expand your kit with its 10 inputs for electronic drums and cymbals. A MIDI out is included on the back of the Trigger|io that enables you to play sound modules and other MIDI controlled instruments.
