One of my favorite cantaloups this season is the one from Finley Farms. A certified organic farm located in Santa Ynez, CA. It is sweet, also aromatic and very flavorful. Leave it on the counter to really ripen, then slice and refrigerate to enjoy cold. Sold per unit - 1 melon is about 3 or more pounds.
