Yes, it's a natural shrinkage because of the organic cotton fiber reacting with water and heat. You can expect a .25" in length and .25" in width shrinkage after the first wash. Does the fabric stretch? Yes, and it's called mechanical stretch. Because of the way we weaved the yarns and sew the garment together. What size should I pick? We always recommend for
