Hosted around Halloween, this dark and decadent tasting dinner will feature 5–6 expertly crafted courses celebrating the beauty of the unconventional—think blood sausage, Bone Marrow Toast with Cricket dust, and nose-to-tail delicacies that honor the full spectrum of the animal. Each dish will be paired with wines selected by our in-house sommelier to complement the intensity and nuance of the menu.
